Returns & Refund Policy

Grate Stuf is hoping that you will love your purchase item(s).  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 15 days of receiving the order. Please note that monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

You can contact us at customerservice@gratestuf.com to start a return.  We will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  The return must be in same condition as you received it, unused or unworn with tags, and in its original package to be eligible for a return.  We will also need the email receipt for a return. We will not accept return without first requesting a return.

Damage/Issue

Please inspect your item(s) carefully upon receiving.  If the item is defective, damaged or wrong, let us know immediately at customerservice@gratestuf.com.  We will make it right for you..

Non-returnable item(s)

Please be aware that certain item(s) cannot be returned.  They are perishable goods such as food, flowers or plants; custom products such as special order(s) or personalized item(s); personal care goods or beauty products; and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.  Please get in touch with us at customerservice@gratestuf.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sorry, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchange

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item(s) you have and once the return is accepted then make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund

Grate Stuf will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.  We then let you know if the refund will be approved or not.  Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please allow few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your original account.
